Janet’s background is in corporate America. She has spent over 22 years in sales, marketing, business development and corporate training.

In addition to our professional backgrounds, we are both Realtors fully licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission. We belong to the Fort Hood Association of Realtors and the Williamson County Association of Realtors. Through those memberships, we belong to the Texas and the National Association of Realtors as well. Finally, we’re proud to be members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).

We build our business on a number of core values. It’s our belief that about 90 percent of a successful relationship with a property manager is based on a personality fit and an alignment of core values. We refer to this as our vision match.
Our first value is equal respect for owners and tenants. Whether you’re an owner or a tenant, you get the same respect from us. Additionally, we believe that all tenants deserve a clean, safe, well-maintained property whether they can afford a $500 property or a $5,000 property.
The second value is financial transparency. We hear from others that they don’t get this from their property manager, and we believe it’s important that you have access to all records pertaining to your property.
Finally, we really like to manage your rental home as if it was one of our own properties. We perform proactive property condition checks and we ensure any vendor maintenance is done by a licensed, bonded and insured contractor. That protects all parties.
Cost Control
We believe in effectively keeping costs down. We actually monitor our own after-hours phones for emergencies. When a tenant calls, someone on our own staff answers the phone, no matter what time it is. We don’t use a call center.
Managing costs also requires us to use innovative technology. We give owners access to their accounts through the software we use, and it’s also available to tenants through their portals. They can pay rent or log work orders at any time.
Communication
Another thing that sets us apart is that we return phone calls. There are no answering machines here, and a human being answers every time someone calls us.
