Gold Medal Property Management was started by a group of property owners who knew there had to be a better way to manage their properties and their relationships with their tenants. We were disappointed by the customer service other property management companies in the Killeen/Fort Cavazos (Fort Hood) area gave to both the tenants and the property owners. We believe that people deserve to be treated with honesty and respect – and so we formed Gold Medal Property Management to do just that.

Our tenants will find that Gold Medal properties are maintained to a higher standard. For example, we schedule preventative maintenance on all of our properties to make sure things stay working right. And if something does go wrong, we’re there – 24/7 making sure that your rental experience doesn’t leave you out in the cold. At Gold Medal Property Management you can create a work order online, at any time of the day or night. You can also check on the status of your work order online – anytime! If you prefer, you can also call in your work order to our work order hotline: (254) 213-2133. We’ll take your information right over the phone and enter it into our computer system. After that you can check status online or call us back and we’ll do it for you.

At Gold Medal you can also pay your rent online from the convenience of your own home, or anywhere you happen to be.

Keith & Janet Prang

Keith and Janet Prang are co-owners of Gold Medal Property Management and are both licensed sales persons by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and both serve as property managers for Gold Medal. Janet focuses primarily on marketing and business development and takes the lead on real estate sales transactions. Keith’s primary focus is on the management of day to day operations of Gold Medal.

Luke Farmer

Property Owner Liason
As the Owner Liaison, Luke is dedicated to ensuring that new owners experience a seamless transition and on-boarding process with Gold Medal Property Management.

Following the on-boarding, Luke acts as the primary contact for owner inquiries, guaranteeing that property owners receive the necessary communication and information from the Gold Medal team.

In his leisure time, Luke takes pleasure in being with his family, socializing with friends, and attending sporting events.

Yolanda Ramirez-Casillas

Property Specialist Supervisor

As Supervisor of our Property Specialist Team, Yolanda's focus is all about property condition. She manages all work orders, vendor relationships, property safety checks and move out QAs. 

Yolanda is the primary point of contact for any questions about work orders, whether coming from a tenant or a property owner. She also keeps property owners updated on repairs, costs and schedules related to rental properties.

When not at Gold Medal Yolanda enjoys spending time with her husband watching TV.
Paula Detamore

Paula Detamore

Property Specialist - Move Outs
 As move-out property specialist, Paula conducts the walk-throughs when tenants move out. Her easy-going personality and sharp eye for details make her a great asset for both owners and tenants. 

When not working, Paula enjoys photography and spending time with her family.

Benny Smith

Property Specialist - Safety Checks
Benny is the safety check coordinator for Gold Medal. He is regularly out in the field conducting semi-annual checks on units to ensure that they are up-to-code and that any potential issues are addressed. For example, he ensures smoke detectors, plumbing fixtures etc. are all working as intended. 

When not working, Benny enjoys cooking for his friends and family and fishing.

Richard Hernandez

Property Specialist

Richard works as a Move-Out Specialist at Gold Medal. His duties include conducting property walk-throughs during move-outs, securing unoccupied properties, and performing minor repairs, such as changing locks for new tenants.


Beyond his professional life, Richard is a multifaceted individual who values family time, enjoys various dance styles, and is celebrated for his remarkable karaoke skills.

Jade  Richards

Accounting Department Lead
Jade manages all the accounting and bookkeeping tasks at Gold Medal. Her responsibilities range from making sure vendors are paid to assisting tenants and owners with inquiries regarding their accounts.

In addition to enjoying time with her family and pets, Jade has a passion for crafting. 

Brooke Tolliver

Leasing Supervisor

Brooke heads up our leasing team. She works with our other leasing coordinators to markets our available properties, convert prospects to tenants, secure a full-executed lease agreement and conduct the move in process with all our tenants.


In her off time she enjoys cooking, crocheting, and spending time with her family and fur-babies.



Esperanza Gonzalez

Leasing Coordinator
 Esperanza markets our available properties, converts prospects to tenants, secures a full-executed lease agreement and conducts the move in process with our tenants. She also is responsible for processing leasing renewals.

When not at work, Esperanza enjoys spending time with her family.

Andreana McJimson

Leasing Coordinator

Andreana markets our available properties, converts prospects to tenants, secures a full-executed lease agreement and conducts the move in process with our tenants. She also is responsible for processing leasing renewals and assists with lease violations.


When not at work, Andreana loves to play games, watch sci-fi movies & shows. She also loves cook (she's a big foodie!), but mostly she's a homebody who loves being with her babies.

Monique Whitted
